Omega Consulting, a bookkeeping business from Delnice, needed a professional visual identity that would signal precision and reliability to clients from the very first contact. Until then the business operated without a unified brand — letters, quotes and business cards shared no common visual language, which for a firm handling other people's finances could leave an impression of disorder exactly where order matters most. We needed to design a symbol that communicates precision and closure without words.

We built the logo around the letter omega wrapped in a thin ring in gold and navy — a symbol of completion and wholeness, fitting for a profession that 'closes' its clients' finances every year. The gold brings a sense of value and precision, while the navy keeps the seriousness and trust expected of the financial profession. We carried the identity through the complete business stationery — a letterhead with a clear header, an envelope with an embossed colour monogram, and employee business cards — and added the tagline 'Your vision. Our expertise. A flawless result.', summarising the firm's promise in a single sentence visible on every document. The ring around the omega repeats as a subtle watermark in the background of the letterhead, discreet enough not to interfere with the letter's text, but present enough that the document is instantly recognisable as authentic.

Omega Consulting now sends every client, from the first business envelope to the signed contract, a consistent, tidy visual message that reinforces the very essence of the service it offers. Employees have a ready-made set of templates for every situation, and clients get the impression, from their very first encounter, of a firm that runs its own business as carefully as it manages theirs. The visual consistency of the documents also makes everyday communication with clients easier, since they instantly recognise the firm's official correspondence among their other mail, without needing to check the sender.
