Mitrović Vinarija

Vinarija Mitrović needed a logo that would communicate winemaking tradition at first glance, having had no formal visual identity until then for presenting itself to buyers, restaurateurs and partners at fairs. Without a recognisable mark, every new business card or label would have to be designed from scratch each time, with no common thread building the winery's recognition over time. The mark needed to be durable enough to serve as the foundation for all the winery's future materials, not just the current business card.

We designed an elegant logo with a stylised initial M set above an illustration of a vine with grape clusters, rendered in warm gold on a dark background that evokes a winery with a longer tradition. We chose a classic serif typeface for the name 'Mitrović vinarija', reinforcing a sense of permanence, while keeping gold as the only accent so the logo stays legible even at small sizes, such as on a bottle stopper or gift box. We deliberately centred and symmetrically balanced the composition, so the mark works equally well printed on a business card as it does stamped into wax on a gift package.

Vinarija Mitrović now has a representative logo ready for use on business cards, future labels and promotional materials, with a clear visual direction for everything the winery develops going forward. The gold-and-black combination immediately signals a premium position, giving the winery a solid foundation for building recognition at fairs and in direct sales. As the winery expands its range with new varieties, the same visual language will be able to serve as the basis for their labels, so every new product stays recognisably part of the same family story rather than looking like a random addition to the range. The winery no longer has to build every appearance from scratch, but builds on a foundation already in place.
